COVID-19 UPDATE

We're Moving Online

Due to the increasing measures being taken around COVD-19 we will be temporarily closing the studio, effective March 17 - March 31. As members of the community, we need to be part of the solution and help keep everyone healthy. We will keep a close watch on when their recommendations change so we can get back to business as usual. 

It is more important now than ever to improve your health and your immune system! You should be eating whole foods….not toilet paper! Stay hydrated, exercise, and get decent sleep to boost your immunity. With that said we know most of us aren’t the best when it comes to working out at home or eating well without accountability. Don’t worry we won’t leave you hanging!

We’ve been working hard on a strategy to keep supporting you. You committed to us to improve your health and we take that seriously. We are going to be right there with you! 

Training Online

We are going to run online live private, semiprivate, and large group sessions through zoom:

Private and Semiprivate (groups 2-4) will be scheduled at your convenience.

Large group sessions will be run:

  • 9am- Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 

  • 5pm- Monday, Wednesday and Friday

We are going to be dropping at-home workouts Monday-Saturday for anyone that can’t make the live sessions.

If you don’t want to be part of interactive fitness, we’ll also have online training and nutrition programs available through email. 

More details to follow tomorrow as we sort out the fine details in all the setup.  The hope is to be live at 5pm on March 18th!
